   Extremely rude admin! Tried explaining my 4 year old was having issues with a tooth and I’d like her to be seen as she’s complaining of pain - declined dental treatment as my daughter is only due for another check in February. When I asked her why she said it’s policy and my daughter can only be seen in February. She was extremely rude, kept talking over me and then hung up on me when I asked her to stop talking over me.

   Totally disappointed!!! I know policy is policy but I tried to explain that my child really pain, she can not sleep tight, can not eat easily, she needs urgent dental treatment. I paid for local dentist near my place to check that. It does'nt matter? It is not emergency? What a flaw in the system!!! What should I do as a mother to help my child? Why the woman on the phone was so rude with me? She didn't want to talk, she kept interrupting me. She hung up the phone while I was still talking to ask the address and then I had to search it on gg. NO professional and RUDE!

   Not only was the extraction done brilliantly for an anxious 6yo, but when I went to the wrong location and my car broke down in the rain - Amy literally went several extra miles and actually picked us up and dropped us off so my son wouldn’t be in pain anymore. Thank you so much for making a difficult morning achievable!
