   I have had the pleasure of being a patient of Dr Susan. She is friendly, personable and very professional. I think I will be a longstanding patient for this clinic too as all staff I have come in contact with have been a delight and this is how you want to feel when might be vulnerable at the time.

   Very impressed by the service so far. I called at 3pm in the afternoon, and the lovely receptionist apologised that the earliest they could see me was 8:30am the next day! (I'd been experiencing 3-4 week waits, or hours at the walk in, only to be treated poorly and spoken down to at my previous clinic.) I was seen straight away the next day, tests taken, spoke to the nurse about my asthma meds while I was there too. I felt repected and listened to by everyone I came in contact with, this shouldn't be a breath of fresh air, but after the last few experiences with doctors, it definitely was!

   I have been with this Medical Centre for over 2 years now. It's so much better than the previous one. Dr Kawshi is the best doctor I've ever had. I'm amazed by how broad her knowledge is around not just normal sickness, but also skin treatments and pain management. I had a great experience with her all kinds of skin treatments. I also had a great result from her PRP treatments for join pain that no other doctor could resolve. I'm really grateful that we have Dr Kawshi in our community. My big Thank You to Te Atatu South Medical Centre!

   Very unprofessional Receptionist/s and also very rude. Called in twice for scripts to be sent to Pharmacy. Called Medical Centre at 9.00am , Reception informed on 2 separate occasions that script will be ready for pick up after 4pm. Waited until 5.30pm visited Pharmacy only to be told that nothing had been sent this of course was the second time this has happened . Will be taking my children elsewhere .

   Poor communication, didn’t listen to what I asked for ended up getting more blood tests than I needed and costing me more money than it should because they didn’t read the forms I asked them to complete properly. I have decided to leave practice. I have had good experiences with one dr however really disappointed in my last experience and won’t be returning.
