Very disappointed with my experiences here. I have been there for 5 different visits for my one staph skin infection. So that's $100 down the drain. None of the antibiotics worked at all as they keep appearing. They keep making me pay each time I go, which is messed up because they can't get it right.
The doctors, nurses and reception staff have all taken good care of me whenever I've been to this clinic. You can't make appointments, but the upside of that is as long as you're willing to wait, you can see a doctor on the day without it costing a fortune. As long as you're enrolled with Tui Medical (any branch), it's about $20 per appointment. I'm not sure what it costs if you're not enrolled. I would like to see them be stricter on getting patients to wear face masks in the waiting area if they have coughs, but other than that, I'm very happy with the service.
Dr Leo is a great doctor but, nurses are worse. My daughter had a vaccine and it supposed to be a two dose. They didnβt even mention that. After 2 months I found that there should be a second dose and quickly booked an appointment to get it done. They had no idea about the vaccines. On the appointment day just before 2 hours from the appointment which is at 2.00pm , they send a message saying nurse is not available today. You should atleast let us know earlier or could direct us to another branch. we both got day offs from our work for nothing. You nurses are very bad at your service. I have already given feedback through your website about the 1st dose and an again you did the same. And now not answering the phones. Worst service and you are messing with a childβs health

Terrible, awful service. The doctor asked me 3 basic questions then left the room!!! Came back to check my chest (which took her a long time). Left the room again without saying a word or even looking at me. Came back and typed on her computer for a few minutes, still not speaking, and left the room again. Came back with a second doctor who told me I had no sign of any wheezing, fever, or phlegm and that I just had a cold. Meanwhile I had cold sweats, was coughing up phlegm that morning and could actually hear my own wheezing. Tried to tell them I had been stuck in bed for 2 days because I simply couldn't move or stay awake, finally dragged myself to the doctor just to be told there was nothing wrong. I very much regret giving over my $80 for the weekend appointment with, apparently, a pair of randoms off the street (they definitely couldn't be called qualified doctors). Went home and slept for 14 hours. Yep, definitely just a cold. This practise should be shut down.
