   Be very careful with OneSixOne Clinic. During my appointment, Dr. Sum Sum Lo used hand sanitizer instead of lubricating gel during a vaginal exam — it caused immediate pain and ongoing tissue injury. The clinic, including Adrian Amandus Practice Manager, took over two months to start my injury claim and refused to support necessary follow-up treatment. Communication was terrible, and they did not take responsibility. If you value your health, think twice before going here.

   Saw two different Urologists and a pelvic specialist here over the course of several months. No one here was able to diagnose me or be of any help in any way whatsoever. They then wanted to do a surgery on me which other urologists and specailists I have seen since have said was a ridiculous option considering they did not know my prognosis. 2 stars are only because most staff seemed nice enough.

   I had a procedue undertaken yesterday under general anaesthetic which I had been very anxious about in the lead up to it. All of the staff I interacted with were caring and patient with me, and they did their utmost to make me feel at ease. Doctor Koya was great, the anaesthist was great, the nurses were very kind to me and attentive, they all made a very difficult procedure for me as comfortable as they possibly could. Choosing a urology team is an important decision and I can honestly recommend One Six One whole heartedly and honestly

   the doctors are awesome, but administration staff who answer the phone calls are always very unprofessional and messy, sometimes are not with the initiative to solve the problem for patient but kicking the balls. It's a pain every time when I need to make phone call with them. probably will not visit again due to the hassle.
