I had surgery with Richard Douglas, and unfortunately I was not fully informed about the procedure and I was not prescribed antibiotics, which resulted in a postoperative infection.
Bravo, Dr. Douglas! Few doctors can: - Ignore anxious parents like a pro (no eye contact? No answers? Flawless!). - Stress teenage patients so effectively their BP spikes—impressive efficiency. -Dismiss colleagues mid-explanation, proving hierarchy > care. - Exit conversations with the grace of a slammed door. A gold medal in poor bedside manner. Sadly, medicine requires competence AND compassion—so perhaps a refresher course?
