Had a bit of a footy injury on Boxing day, sprained knee ligaments, X-rays and all... LoL crutches, knee splint etc...Staff were great.. Very attentive even though it was proper chokka. Thanks team for your efforts❤️
Overall horrible experience. I went in for 2 small issues. I forgot the name of the doctor i seen but he was a short Asian man and he was very rude. He had an angry/ frustrated expression on his face from the moment he called me into his office. The tone he spoke to me in was very rude and sarcastic. Made me very uncomfortable as a young lady discussing her personal issues and just overall spoke to me with attitude. He also refused to help me with these problems and suggested i go to my usual gp which is upnorth after paying $150 upfront. Which i would have done and wish i have done in the first place but i was in urgent need to see a doctor and am not upnorth for a couple more weeks. Therefore i paid $150 dollars to tell one nurse and one rude doctor my problems and received no help.
Dr Natasha is amazing, professional and highly knowledgeable. I highly recommend her. We have 2 young girls and they are both seen by her as well. She’s lovely. The medical centre also has very friendly and nice receptionists and nurses.
North West medical center is absolutely fantastic. The receptionists are amazing and the service of quality is beyond amazing. I've had some severe lacerations and they have dealt with them exceptionally. Thank you all. Kind regards.
Felt like I was not taken seriously, pregnant with very sore throat and the doctor just gave me multiple options and said what do you want to do? Im here so you can tell me what I should do, $150 for an appointment just to get sent to a pharmacy to get some tests done… so not helpful..
The reception staff seem lovely. Unfortunately, the one GP I dealt with twice has no people skills. I had two uncomfortable appointments with the same doctor over fairly mundane issues. He came across as judgmental and cold both times. I couldn't imagine anything worse than seeing this doctor over a personal or severe medical concern.
Women behind the desk needed more empathy and show more kindness .I felt they were more worried about chatting than helping people.On arrival I got told to take a covid test outside in my car. I was negative.I was annoyed as other people arrived there and they didn't do a covid test . I was in my hi vis work gear and felt like they treated me like I was filthy etc..My money is as good as everyone else's.for $90 I expect better service .I will nit return Lincoln rd white cross has better management and service.
Awful experience! The doctor told me that “strep throat and influenza are the same virus” unsure if he was thinking I was stupid or actually thought this & doesn’t know the difference between the two? Then prescribed antibiotics and told me he’d contact me with swab results whether positive or negative, no such contact. Left a message with nurse asking to be called with her results - never answered. Spoke to reception, they cut me off too and transferred me to the nurse who doesn’t respond. All the while my daughter is getting worse and worse cos she was wrongly diagnosed. Days later I called back, to which I was asked to come in again (swab was never sent?) they claim not to know what happened. Ok so repeat swabs done, they call me next day and the swabs were done in the mouth not nasal so again cannot be used?! Don’t even bother with this place! So incompetent and charged me so much money to come back time and time again for their mistakes!
Very quick wait time. Came in after a mountain biking injury saw the nurse almost immediately followed by X-ray and consult with the doctor. In and out in just over an hour
Having this beautiful facility and staff here in Kumeu is such an amazing thing. In the past i always rushed to Westgate and had to literally wait for hours with not so friendly receptionists. I am pleased that Northwest centre is operational in Kumeu with Wonderful service, Kind staff and Doctors for extended hours. Keep it up team. You are doing great job!!! Thank you
