   Surprisingly, it was an excellent experience for me today. I called reception early in the morning to see whether I and two of my relatives could get an apt ( walk in) and she booked us in before noon same day. I wasn't expecting the great customer service due to the reviews already posted but I'm glad I still went a head and experience it firsthand. Just regret not getting the lovely staff members names who assisted us today. They were very efficient, professional & super friendly. If I could give 10 stars I would. I will be back to have all my family members enrolled. Keep up the great work☺️

   Not sure why it’s called “surgery and weekend clinic” when it’s not actually open on weekends. It’s rare to ever be able to get an appointment here, so I enrolled elsewhere.

   Extremely bad receptionist service. Booked for an appointment to see the dr and then nobody called me on time. After calling them several times, a nurse called me and said I should go to the urgent care. Had to spend $110 plus taxi on top of it. When I called next day, receptionist said notes were saying I booked for an nurse consult. Pathetic service and so sad to see how low their medical profession ethics are . Patient live or die, they just don’t care. All because of poor listening skills of medical receptionist.

   Got charged for a prescription invoice twice, forwarded the payments details via email. Not a note of apology from the admin team. I am your local customer and changed my doctor's to support the local business but seems like you don't value your customers. Very unhappy customer.
