   John Sloane offered very professional and very friendly service to get my current insoles adjusted. He was able to modify them while I waited instead of spending a lot of money on new insoles. The assessment was very thorough and the insole adjustments made a big difference. Highly recommend John to anyone with foot or posture issues, running, cycling or any other sports.

   Had to take my wife to Karori medical centre for medical care today. We saw the nurse in the morning with help from reception but could not get to reach the doctor. We were given an appointment later in the afternoon so went back again but doctor couldn’t see us even past half an hour of appointment time. We had to go back as my wife wasn’t able to sit for long We received a call again in the evening and weren’t given another appointment. This time we were quickly able to see the doctor.

   Dr Wong is horrible, he was very late no apologies, got straight into saying rude things and very irritating comments about my personal life. he even told me I “can’t talk properly”.I believe he is a new doctor as he didn’t know much, yet he made some horrible irrelevant comments. i’m In the process of making a formal complaint as this was horrible treatment from a “doctor”

   Horrible. One doctor told me to slow down my anxiety because I was worry about my baby of 4 months having diarrhea. They also had miss diagnosed me and give me the wrong medicine. I had change medico center and they give the right treatment for my baby .

   Dr Laura is absolutely amazing - very empathetic and friendly. The nurses have generally been great too. However, didn't have a good experience with one of the doctors at the respiratory centre. He was recoiling, making remarks like 'ew gross' when I was talking about my issue, was very nonchalant about the situation and googled pretty much everything in front of me. Even told me to just google it myself. Extremely unprofessional.

   Dr Laura Walsh is amazing. Best GP I’ve ever had, can be a long wait for appointments (as it is with most medical centres these days) but honestly so worth it for a GP who is down to earth and actually listens to your concerns without making you feel belittled.

   Cannot thank Dr Chan Dassanayake enough for the thorough care he provided to me when he identified something that had been missed elsewhere. Follow up was outstanding. Very collaborative in his approach taking time to listen and hear what I had to say, which is an aspect of care that I really appreciate in a GP.

   Amazing doctors lovely gps / staff however horrendous time management. Currently have an 11.15 appointment it's now 12pm and I'm still waiting. Pretty appalling, I get the COVID safety guidelines, can understand 10-15 even 20 minutes but that long is quite bad. Maybe they should do longer than 15m appointment bookings
