    Very disappointed, don't get me wrong absolutely love my dr there. BUT for God sake! was sent to town for my son who badly damaged his ankle because I was told they were too busy. Didn't want to clog up A&E so went to urgent dr who told us they couldn't see him because he needed to be seen by Outram and referred to by them, as they run an after hrs. I then rang Outram hoping they could atleast refere him, only to be told that I was sent to town because their after hrs don't start till 6! wouldn't it not be easier to take a minute to look at him and refer him, now we are in for a long wait of atleast 4hrs and clogging up an emergency service when it could have easly been sorted!

    if I could rate lower I would, as the primary health provider for a small community of under 1000 its is absolutely disgusting that when someone walks in and advises that they are in acute pain that you fob them of to ED or emergency doctors, whilst i appreciate that you need to transfer the records from the previous GP in the case of a standard enrollment for this purpose it should be quite obvious that the patient needs immediate attention you should be struck off, disgusting abhorrent behavior from a care provider.
