   I have been with Flagstaff Medical Centre for around two years now after needing to leave our family Drs when we relocated to Hamilton. This medical center is hands down the most fantastic, helpful Drs surgery I have had the pleasure of being enrolled with. We are with Dr Dot who I could blab on about forever. She is thorough, approachable and amazing with our little one. The reception staff are 10/10. Not once have I ever been given anything less that exceptional service, nothing is ever an issue, and I just really wanted to say a massive thank you. Thank you for taking such good care of my family.

   Dr. Dot is the absolute best! She's not just a doctor; she's like your friend who happens to be really good at medicine. Every time I've been to her, she's been super friendly, listened to me like a champ, and explained everything in a way that actually makes sense. Honestly, if you're looking for a doctor who's not just great at what she does but also makes you feel like you matter, Dr. Dot is your go-to. Huge thanks to her for being awesome!

   We called medical centre 2 weeks ago to made app to open stiches for my mom who recently had foot surgery. Since Dr Aisya is her normal doctor so my mom asked for her but the lady on the phone told us that Dr Aisya was on leave. We asked for another doctor and the lady on the phone said they fully booked until today, Oct 18th. So mom agreed and booked her app at 1.30pm. Last week we got phone called said Dr Aisya can saw her earlier and booked time for her, but the night before app, my mom got phone called and informed that Dr Aisya cant see her tomorrow because her child was sick and the app back to Oct 18th. Today we got phone called that Dr Aisya once again wont be able seeing her because shes not feeling well and she has to reschedule her app. This place service is so pulling, so unprofesional. The lady on the phone told us that to open stiches can done by the nurse but we have to wait until the nurse can contact us because they have alot of things to do. Its funny how she said that, because we have alot of things to do too. We ve been patiently waiting but seems like we re not important. I wont recommend this place. If they can be so easy changing the app like that and ask us as patient to understand them all the time when they dont seem try to understand and acomodate our situation maybe they just there for the money not for looking after comunity.

   I have just transferred to this clinic from another one that i had been at for 8 yrs in Hamilton, and oh my goodness ! its very refreshing to receive this level of service. I am very very impressed , I would have to say that this medical practice is perhaps one of Hamilton's best kept secrets.

   Amazing service! Extremely nice environment and friendly staff! Everyone is so helpful, patient and thoughtful! Extremely nice staff! The best hospital I have ever seen. Thanks to David, and all the awesome staff! You are amazing people!
