I don’t usually write reviews, but the receptionist was super nice, I loved her curly hair ✨ and how accommodating she was. She helped me right away even without a booking, and I was only on a visitor visa. They even emailed me a medical certificate when I requested it, since I had forgotten to ask Dr. Vivian. The nurse was really kind too
The girl at the front desk, Elise had perfect service and went out of her way for me. I never usually write a review but 10/10
My partner called the phone today around 10am to book for an appointment and the lady who picked up the phone literally said “ Hi what do u want?!” in very rude tone. My partner was very disappointed. Thats definitely not the right way to pick up the phone & speak to a patient like that. Please hire another receptionist because that lady is very unprofessional and rude.
Awful receptionists. Would let later appointment go first even though yours was earlier and were both waiting. Treat patients in a very disrespectful way. Yelled at you both over the phone and to your face. It wasn’t like this with previous receptionists. Don’t go there. If you are sick and go there, you would feel like you have been hell because of the way they treat you. From the reviews, it was not only me who feels this way.
Dr. Manuel is one of the kindest and most experienced doctors I’ve ever met. The practice is closed on weekends, but you can book an appointment ahead of time to see the doctors. The staff is super friendly and helpful too!
This place is full of incompetent idiots,I have a shoulder injury,after x-rays they inform me 4 days later "hey good news nothing to see here"but if it was a fracture it's a" BIT LATE NOW".the front desk communication with the doctor is truly something to behold if you've never seen an episode of the Muppet show come on down!!
Great Doctor very understanding great with my 2 daughters been here since he opened and offers so many other minor sugeries and is very passionate about providing other practical advice 5 stars
I registered my dad and his wife in this practice and I am very impressed with the staff, the receptionists are always friendly, with smiles! (A rarity these days) the service is absolutely spot on. Efficiency of Dr. Chan is so comforting. I have now registered with them due to the fantastic, all round service. To all the staff, I thank you for your assistance. The Weatherills
Dr Low is very knowledgeable, friendly and asks the right questions. It's really hard to find knowledgeable doctors who are willing to listen and get you the right diagnosis. He took his time to get to the root cause of my issues and understood my concerns to me feel comfortable. Highly recommend.
