When he realised that what I was looking for is not availablr at that warehouse he gave me some options—places I could go to. Another staff helped me find what I was looking for. My five-star rating is specifically for my Boxing Day shopping experience. I sought assistance from three different individuals, all of whom were unable to help me. This five-star rating is dedicated to 'Ben,' who graciously took the time to retrieve items from boxes as they were not yet on the shelves, and to the young lady at customer service, who typically works at the self-checkout. Both individuals provided exceptional assistance.”

“I had such a lovely experience at Pandora Albany today! Unfortunately, I don’t know the staff member’s name, but she had long blonde hair. She was incredibly kind, patient, and really listened to what I wanted. From our chat, I understood she’s quite new to Pandora, but the customer service she provided and the way she helped me proved her great skills. I came in a bit unsure, but thanks to her guidance I found the perfect piece from the new collection and I loved it so much I wore it straight away! I’ll definitely be coming back to see her again.”

When I went back the staff at information and security couldn't have been nicer and understanding. They checked the footage and gave me a refund, so thank you, even though it was technically my stupidity for forgetting my glasses!”

“Josh just saved my Christmas. I was after a Disney plushie for my gf’s mother, that had an annoying sku which multiple plushies were linekd to. I’ve been to two other Warehouse locations and had been met with lackluster customer service; pointing me towards the direction and/or not bothering to investigate stock amounts. And then I met Josh. This man looked up the sku, grabbed a ladder, and went hunting. The situation was getting dire as each box he went skimmed through failed to match what we were after. The last box looked grim, but as he turned it around, low and behold was the fateful sku I’ve been feining to find. The toy was raised out of the box like a new born child and passed to me. In that heart racing moment I promised to Josh that I’d write him a Google review. Please give him a raise.”

“Approxmetly 8.43pm 29/12/25. Such wonderful service this evening from Wendy. I went to queue and she dropped what she was doing to ask me to come to the desk so she could serve me. I had a bag of kettles and a 90L Sistema storage container. She asked me how my day was and if I had a busy Xmas. She was very easy to engage with after a long day at work. She discussed about the great price of the Sistema containers and may have mentioned that, at that price you could get two! It was indeed good value and her upsell almost made me buy another one. I will discuss with my wife this evening and may come back and buy another two. Keep this wonderful wahine on, she is very motivated and an asset to your store!”

“I've seen some bad reviews recently so thought I'd add a positive one based on my experience yesterday. I am postpartum so struggling to find clothes I fit that are affordable. Finally after looking for what I wanted at other shops where the clothes didn't fit me AND were very expensive, I went to the warehouse and found what I was looking for, and they were cheap too. I asked a long haired blondish woman who was absolutely lovely, about sizing, because I was carrying my baby it was hard to try things on. She was very accurate and my clothes fit perfectly. “Staff members are friendly, courteous, very helpful and attentive. The shop is quite huge and stock plenty of appliances and other items that will tickle you fancy. The quality is not too bad, though prices are now getting much expensive that a few years ago. Some items are priced competitively while for some other items, the price is still too high for its quality. Have plenty of parking spaces at the front, and at the side of the shop.”
