Feel being constantly reminded my knuckles had issues . My knuckles to big Feel uncalled for. The lady asked me to try ring size . I tried a size and it got stuck . She tried to wriggle it off. Was painful coming off. Wasn't nice experience.

SHOCKING customer service! waited 30 minutes were not acknowledged at all and proceeded to then serve other customers before us that had been waiting 5 minutes. Only 2 staff members working on a busy Saturday I actually watched other people get fed up and walk out also. Had been in the day before as had to exchange a bracelet - poor selection of what they could even offer - what an absolute let down experience all round if you work in customer service you should know the fundamentals.
Beautiful jewelry. However, their gold plating is VERY poor quality. I purchased 2 stacker rings to wear instead of my wedding rings while pregnant, and after less than 2 months, the gold had worn off. I work at a desk from home, didn't do any gardening or dishes (we have a dishwasher), or use chemicals or do anything that could have caused this. When I purchased the rings I was told if anything happened like this or a diamond fell out etc that they would be covered. I took them off immediately but when I went in today to get them looked at the lady fobed me off to talk to other people and when she eventually came to the counter said its not covered, only manufacturing faults. Would have thought plating coming off in such a short span of time is manufacturing. Never had any issues with other jewelry from Pandora or gold plated jewelry from other stores. So I guess just don't buy anything with gold from here.
Pandora in dunedin i went for the first time i actually went there to exchange the ring size which my husband had given it to me. I bit wanted a smaller size so we went there and got it exchanged. The experience was very fine as nothing much to do and it was all done.they have the good selection of jewelary. Again i had shoped a paring ring to my below ring and i found it very cute like kiara.

My husband bought me a personalised gift in Pandora. Unfortunately that is not my style so we decided to change the whole thing in the shop. Is it so hard to decide what I want, but the staff still serve me patiently and professionally. It took almost an hour for me to decide and the staff keep changing the style of the bracelet for me in the mean time. Appreciate your effort and highly recommended to everyone!
The fact that Pandora cancels your order if not picked up in 5 days is really disappointing. I ordered and paid for a bracelet & charm online in the Black Friday sales as a Christmas present for my daughter. I couldn’t get into town that without her with me that week so I went to collect it the following Monday and found out they have a policy to cancel PAID orders if not collected with in 5 days. Refund takes 5 days to process back onto credit card and you’re then expected to re purchase at the full price. Pretty disappointing experience.
