I came to pick up an order. The 2 women at the counter were cold, no customer service skills at all. Ripped the gift box. You really have to train your staff to have basic skills, their attitude problem was borderline rude - I’ll never shop at your store again.
Staff are amazing as hell. They are always helpful, caring and not pushy at all.
Love the product. Have been to this store several times with mixed service - sometimes very helpful other times totally ignored! In general you need to ask for help.
Exceptional Customer Service, great attention to detail and super helpful. Staff are all very knowledgeable about their products and super friendly and attentive. Their products are mostly fashionable jewelries and their crystals are so sparkling too, easily go with any outfit for almost any occasion. Highly recommend.
