“Our wild dog Cherry loves going to Pets in the City. She runs around all day long, plays with the other dogs in big dog park and sleeps soundly in her pet hotel room at night. They look after her like gold. Highly recommended!!”

The staff are beyond friendly, they knew my puppies name without ever having met him and they provide regular updates on the first day with personalised feedback. “Baxter our Golden retriever has been going to Dog Den for most of his life. He’s now a senior dog and still LOVES going to daycare. The staff are so loving and friendly to him and we know he is safe and well cared for. They will always let us know how he’s been and if he has been a bit off. They are flexible and understanding if we need to make changes to days he attends. They feel like part of our family and we’re grateful for the care they show our furbaby ❤️”

The team take great personalised care with the dogs, no crates or cages - a real home away from home. Spotlessly clean, spacious rooms with an open plan kitchen that opens onto a large deck with an entertainers BBQ and outdoor dining setting. A lovely white horse and cheeky Llama graze just yards from the deck - a very calm and peaceful setting. We would return without hesitation.”

It started with a consultation as to what I thought needed doing, and then they gave some ideas and I left them to it. When I picked them up afterwards they looked very smart.
