   I can’t recommend The Dog Den Takapuna highly enough! My 9-month-old labradoodle has been going there since she was old enough, and it’s been such a positive experience for both of us. The team are incredibly friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. From day one, they made sure my pup Luna felt safe, happy and never overwhelmed – and it shows! She absolutely loves going and gets so excited when we arrive. Its so nice knowing she’s in great hands and having a blast while I’m at work. Thank you to everyone at The Dog Den for creating such a welcoming and enriching environment – we’re so lucky to have you in our community!

   Baxter our Golden retriever has been going to Dog Den for most of his life. He’s now a senior dog and still LOVES going to daycare. The staff are so loving and friendly to him and we know he is safe and well cared for. They will always let us know how he’s been and if he has been a bit off. They are flexible and understanding if we need to make changes to days he attends. They feel like part of our family and we’re grateful for the care they show our furbaby ❤️

   We have been sending our Spoodle Libby to the Dog Den for around 2 years and we wouldn’t send her anywhere else. We absolutely love it and so does she! Libby can’t wait to run in when we drop her off and all the handlers are so lovely. We love seeing the photos that are uploaded every day. It’s so nice for us to know she is being well looked after whilst we’re at work. It’s always easy to book slots in and everyone is so helpful. Libby has also stayed overnight at the boarding facility and we couldn’t recommend more. I always recommend TDD to anyone I meet with a dog! 10/10!!

   Katie is amazing! Always does a really great job grooming our big Retrodoodle. He’s always excited to see her when we arrive and he leaves looking amazing and as bouncy and cheery as he arrived! Thanks Katie! We recently moved to Australia and used a groomer here and it really made us realise how lucky we were with Katie!

   We love the Dog Den. Our dog started out at Puppy school and now goes to day care once a week for over a year and has a groom once every 6 weeks. He absolutely loves going there each week and the staff are super friendly and welcoming.

   I recently adopted a young and quite a large rescue dog which is very exciting. After a lot of research I decided to put him into daycare with The Dog Den quite early on, as he loves other dogs and other humans and sitting next to me in the office all day isn't fair on him. As a new dog owner I was pleased to receive great advise on the phone from one of the team members. I was quite stressed at the time as I wanted my dog to be happy and I wasn't too sure about my next steps. I received great advise, a practice day for my Bo and verification that my doggie is great with other dogs. Within the shortest amount of time I have seen such a difference in him. He is calmer, more responsive and more gentle. He is sooo excited to go to daycare and comes home smiling, happy and tired. He gets lots of playtime during the day and cuddles from his carers when he needs them. The best decision I made and worth every cent. Thank you Dog Den Team!

   Our little Larry loves this place so much, he always looks forward to going and is so worn out from playing so much when picked up. The photos they post on Facebook with all the dogs playing is a nice touch, nice to see all the dogs having so much fun. Super friendly and professional staff.
