   First visit, a trial weekend before a longer stay booked for 2026. Was a beautiful place, a paradise for animals and was nice to arrive and not hear a chorus of barking dogs like other places because there are so many booked at once. Mary is lovely, very welcoming and obvious she loves what she does. Felt very comfortable driving off and leaving my boy in her hands.

   This was only the second time I've left my Yuki here. She was happy when I picked her up. Very professional friendly staff. Environment is very clean. They were thorough about vaccination / fleaing/worming updates being needed which gives me confidence that my dog is safe. She's already booked in for a short stay in February and I feel confident in leaving her. We'll done Kapiti Pet Villas.

   Oscar returned from his stay looking relaxed and was very vocal about his time at the Pet Villa on the drive home. It is such a lovely setting and I am sure he will be happy to return there if we are going away in the future. Loved the Facebook photo updates and appreciated them being accommodating when our flight was delayed.

   Thank you very much for looking after Mollie and Alice on their recent stay. We were especially grateful to all the team for administering medication to Mollie to keep her well and making sure both the girls socialised and had fun with other dogs. When we picked them up from their stay they appeared happy and relaxed which means a lot to us, so thank you once again for giving us 'peace of mind' knowing that our girls were in the best caring place for their stay. A wonderful team of doggy carers. We will see you all soon for their next stay

   Our two cats stayed long-term at Kapiti PetVilla whilst we sold our home and bought another. The process took longer than we thought and we needed to extend their stay a number of times. It was never a problem and we were so grateful to know that our two cats were in a safe place and were being well cared for. Mary is lovely to deal with, her communication is really timely and she’s very well organised. The booking system is easy to use too. We would happily recommend Kapiti PetVilla.

   Very friendly and helpful.We were nervous about leaving Milo as he was a rescue dog, caged for 8 years, and we worried about leaving him. No worries, Mary made sure he was settled and he loved playing with the other dogs.

   We have an older, very timid cat - Patch. We needed a place for her to stay for four weeks while we were away. PetVilla turned out to be ideal - they were professional and caring, and made sure that Patch was in a ground level condominium (she's not up to jumping any more), and kept us updated on how she was getting on. Recommended.

   We are fortunate to be long-term customers of Mary's PetVilla - we board both our cats and dogs reasonablybregularly, and our dogs attend daycare 3 days a week. They love going there and they always come home happy and healthy. Would thoroughly recommend!

   I always go on holiday knowing that my fur baby is well looked after at Mary's Cat Villa. She's warm, dry and feed and I don't need to worry about her safety. I always get some feedback on my fur babies stay which I really appreciate. I wouldn't take her anywhere else.
