Our wild dog Cherry loves going to Pets in the City. She runs around all day long, plays with the other dogs in big dog park and sleeps soundly in her pet hotel room at night. They look after her like gold. Highly recommended!!
Overall, the kennel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. This was Foxy’s first stay, and the staff made me feel truly confident leaving her in their care. They posted pictures of her every day on Facebook, which was such a nice touch. Foxy even won “Player of the Day,” which was super cute and a great morale booster for her. Her report card was a wonderful addition, highlighting her demeanour, how well she made friends, and her playfulness. I love how the entire premise looks and smells, everything feels clean and well maintained. It’s clear the staff genuinely enjoy playing with and looking after animals, and that comes through in the care they provide.
My dog stayed here a week while I went on holiday and we had the best experience, having such an anxious dog I’m always very nervous myself on how she will be while I am away. The Team were so amazing especially the manager Lucy at reassuring me my dog would be well looked after , seeing the photos of her having fun playing with the other dogs was the highlight of my day. Wouldn’t send my dog anywhere else, highly recommend!!!
Vienna is new to Pets in the City, but you’d never know it! The staff are super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. It honestly feels like leaving your baby at daycare for the first time — and even though it was Vienna’s very first full day, she went in without looking back. It’s been amazing for her socially and a great way to burn off all that puppy energy. The best sign of all? She came home absolutely shattered! We have been using Pets in the City Silverdale for both their daycare and hotel services, and they have exceeded my expectations. They are friendly, passionate about dogs and I know our wee furry baby is in safe hands. I love the photos they add every day and they give lovely updates and are honest. Highly recommend.
Beautiful people are running this place. My dog was willing to leave after staying with them for 2 nights. I am sure he had a lovely time.

Our baby Luna started going to Pets In The City in Silverdale very early on - it started off as something that we had to do to make sure she would be looked after and tired out but it soon became so much more! She has learned to be social around a bunch of other dogs, she came out of her shell and has since loved going "to school". The team is amazing and so helpful, DEFINETELY recommend!
Staff were friendly and helpful. Groom was OK (I asked them to avoid getting water in her ears but it seems they chose to not wash her head at all). But the girl literally dragged my small scared dog across the floor into the room by her neck collar. Lacked the 'I care about your dog as much as you do' feel, that's for sure. Too much noise there for my pooch.
