My small dog loves it here. He gets excited whenever we pull into the carpark. The team is fantastic and know him well enough to let us know when he's bit his usual self.

The staff are so friendly to not only my dogs but also myself. They care for the dogs like they’re their own. Highly recommend to anyone after a dog daycare!

Our girl Zen loves DogHQ, so easy to drop off and collect. Staff are all amazing people who go that extra distance. For example recently Zen got dirty while playing and she was showered and dried before I collected her, at no extra cost.

The dog loves it and the staff. I took her there as she is a Labrador crossed with a German Shepherd and she has some issues with jumping up and mouthing and recall, which as a big dog is unacceptable and I felt mixing with other dogs might help calm her and socialise her. The first day was a trial and they rang me and said she was fine but she zooms and it is not good for the other dogs, I thought they were going to ban her but i spoke with the staff for solutions and she goes one day a week, my choice, and she knows she cannot jump up at the staff there, but still does it to visitors at home and when she slips her collar. They also do training there which i hope to follow up now we are in the new year.

Probably a great place to take a smaller dog or a puppy. My well behaved German Shepherd went for one trial day, they phoned me after he had only been there 1.5 hours and informed me that he was running too much and could cause an accident as he won't listen to the staff or acknowledge them. I was surprised that the staff could not bond with my dog or put effort into developing a relationship with him. They demonstrated an inability to control or develop rapport and an over reaction to natural dog behaviours. Perhaps the staff are just under qualified but I would not recommend if you have a dog that would need an adjustment period to a new environment.

My little puppy has just gone along for his first day and I'm already super impressed. The staff are beyond friendly, they knew my puppies name without ever having met him and they provide regular updates on the first day with personalised feedback. They upload photos daily as well so you can see your puppy is having a good time :) Will definitely be bringing him here regularly. Thanks. Evan
