Loved the phone service and time to fit us in today, down to Dasha coming out to our van to trim and all the information on how to maintain.    I took my dog here for the first time after a negative experience at another establishment. I used their “contact us” form and received a phone call very quickly with availability the next day. When we arrived, they greeted both myself and my dog, giving him lots of pats and praise. I really appreciated this as it made it seem like he was not just another groom. The groomer took the time to explain the entire process to me and ask specific questions about how my dog would handle certain aspects. I felt very confident leaving him in their hands, that he was not going to be further traumatised. After 1.5 hours, I got a call for pick up. The groomer explained everything they ended up doing, including what he was and was not comfortable with. Overall an extremely positive experience and my dog has never smelled as clean as he does now. We will definitely be back.

   I want to thank the team at Top Dogs Day Stay for the recent grooming they did on Stormy and Benji. It started with a consultation as to what I thought needed doing, and then they gave some ideas and I left them to it. When I picked them up afterwards they looked very smart. Their hair was trimmed to perfection, their ears were nice and clean, and their claws nicely trimmed. They also smelt wonderful. Thanks so much team; you are amazing!!

   Our pup Truffle has been going to Top Dogs for almost a year now and she absolutely loves it! The team there are awesome and provide a great service for all the dogs. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for doggy daycare.

   Our dog has been going to Top Dogs day care for over 2 months and this has been the best thing we have done for our dog! Not only is it a dog day care, they actually provide training using clickers. The dogs get great attention and care. The service is very professional and friendly - and our dog Ralph loves it there! Every dog we see there flys out of the car super excited to go in the mornings! Highly recommended!
