   Amazing Cattery, I left my cat for almost 2 weeks and Kelly was being really patient with him and when we picked him up he look happy and healthy! Highly recommended if you are looking for a comfortable cattery for your cats!

   I left my two cats at Kelly's for three weeks after we had moved house and were in temporary accommodation. They had never been to a cattery before, and I think i was more stressed about it than they were! I picked West Harbour Cattery after reading previous reviews and was so glad I did. Kelly was amazing, and you can tell she really loves what she does. She even let me visit my cats and spend time with them. Thanks Kelly for looking after them so well

   First time back at the Cattery, under the new ownership, was a bit concerned as have a 19 yr old beloved cat. Was so delighted on meeting Kelly when I made the drop-off, I was totally reassured by her lovely, caring manner and knowledge of the possible needs of an older cat. I returned home totally happy to leave ‘my baby’ in Kelly’s care. My experience was reinforced at pick- up when Kelly gave me a complete rundown of how Slinky fared during the week, with information relating to close contact and care, with obvious genuine care of all her charges. I could not rate this cattery care more highly!!! Definitely 6 out of 5!!!!!
