Excellence in marketing of property and knowledgeable in property trends. One thing that struck me right away was that Nicky was skilled in listening, she really listened to me when I was telling her what the house meant to me and my family, this was a deceased estate, it was our family home. She was able to take what was said and summed it up beautifully when she marketed the property.
