   This is an amazing service that I wholeheartedly recommend to fellow cat owners. If you don't want to put your cat in a cattery and take them out of their environment, but don't really have anyone available to feed/look after your treasured one while you are travelling, using CC is the way to go. I am a very high maintenance pet owner of a very high maintenance cat, and CC couldn't have been more kind in accommodating all my requests, including administering my cat's multiple medications, giving her treats, cuddles etc. I loved getting twice-daily updates on my cat's status via email, complete with pictures, while I was travelling offshore for a week. It just really put my mind at ease. I completely trusted the staff coming and going from my property. I also think the online portal is a snazzy tool that's really easy to use. This is a slick business that comes with my highest recommendation. Thanks so much for a wonderful service - it's worth every penny.

So nice it’s not just feeding my cat they stay for 20mins to give her lots of pats and play with her… a bit of human contact while I’m away. And the photos with a daily update is such a lovely touch.    The team at Creature Comforts are amazing! Byndie went out of her way to accommodate me when I was looking for a dog walker for my two tricky-to-walk dogs while I was on holiday. She replied to my many questions promptly and was very reassuring. The dog walking service was excellent - our dog walker always showed up on time and was extremely kind and caring of my nervous pups. Will definitely use Creature Comforts again.

   As our lovely cat got older, she would get stressed to the point of illness if we used a cattery. Creature Comforts was recommended by a co-worker, and I wouldn't use anybody else now. Cally is safe in her own space and has somebody come attend to her every day. Great feedback and information about each visit means we can feel safe. Highly recommend.
