   The farm house was great! Heaps of space, everything you needed and then some. Great doors opening onto the deck and then large flat lawn then the goats in the paddock. Bed linen was great quality. The food was fab, provided with choice of butter AND Olivani plus the choice of marmite AND Vegemite. Free range eggs etc. lounge super spacious and can be increased by opening up the extra side lounge too.

   What an absolute gem of a place. Beautiful room & spotlessly clean. Having the sliding doors out on to the veranda was delightful. Charming welcome from Robert, showing us the fab kitchen with our own supplies to help ourselves to breakfast in the morning. Super, large bathroom, excellent walk in shower, plus an enormous bath. Lots of extra little details making this place really perfect. Felt very privileged to be sharing this place and the other two guests were and added bonus too. A real home from home, thank you. E x

   Great first stop after landing at Auckland Airport. Cabin was absolutely well worth the money, pantry stocked with everything needed, i.e. tea, coffee, milk, bread and various spreads. Very nice view from the cabin as well. Robert was an excellent host.

   Our first stop after arriving in New Zealand, not too far from the airport which was excellent after a long flight. Cottage was clean, bright and homely. It was so comfortable staying there. So many different spreads and jams provided for breakfast. We enjoyed our stay here and would not hesitant to recommend to our friends.

   We stayed here for the last night of our New Zealand trip because it was outside Auckland but still near the airport. Our stay here was great and we are kind of sad we didn't stay for longer. Everything was very nice. The manager Robert greeted us when we arrived and gave us some info on stuff to do and where to get good food. He is a very nice guy and super helpful. He also made an App that came with the mail after we booked the room with many great recommendations about food, spa, hiking and much more. Out rooms, bathroom and the shared area with the kitchen are very nice. Everything is very clean and decorated beautifully. The breakfast in the morning was already prepared and had many different things to choose from. With three weeks in New Zealand and many hotels, Airbnb's etc. Nothing came close to this place. Thank you Robert

   The property was absolutely beautiful! My bridesmaids and I stayed here the night before my wedding and got ready here the day of. I could have not asked for a more beautiful place to get ready in. Everything was clean and cozy. I would completely recommend Heaven’s Rest for anyone wanting a beautiful escape.

   What a beautiful location for our stay. Robert is an exceptional host, greeting us as we arrived and offering his services. We stayed in the Kea cabin which was the perfect size for myself and my husband. Very clean with full kitchen and everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay there again.

   Best B&B ever! The place is super clean, has all the amenities, is well located and to top it all off, Robert is an outstanding host! He is very friendly, helpful, available quickly when required and respects guest privacy. This is the first stay ever for us where the pictures of the room and facilities on the Website were exactly as they actually are! In fact our room turned out even better than expected - more like a private apartment. It also had a little verandah in front of it. There is also a nice sized garden where kids can play and an adjoining area with two goats, a cow and some hen. Idyllic country side surrounding but near all amenities and nice restaurants. 6 on 5 from our side!
