“We purchased a lounge suite from Nick Scali wairau rd. We were in this store a long time , deciding which lounge suite was best for us . The sales assistant was so helpful while we were making our decision . The suite was delivered right on time and we love it . This is our second big purchase from the same store , and I’m sure we will back for our next big furniture purchase .”

“I had a wonderful experience today in David Jones (women’s wear) Newmarket. BIG shout out to Kate who was a delight! - Genuine, honest, so polite and professional. We had a good chat about choosing the right colours to wear. Gave me a few tips on how to find out, instead of telling me what I wanted to hear. Made me sad that I was the only customer who had been nice to her all day. Come on people! Be kind! Would you like someone being unkind to a member of your family? Think about it. These lady’s (and gentlemen) work incredibly hard. The store is immaculate, the changing rooms are spotless and the best lighting I have ever experienced. Thank you also to the lady (didn’t get her name) who gave me a refund on an item. It was a seamless procedure. I Ended up purchasing another item in the end!! David Jones is probably my new favourite store. Can’t wait to shop there again.”

When I came back to place my order, Sugeet recognised me and remembered which couch I was looking at. The ordering process was very easy and all terms were made clear to me. I appreciated being updated with the estimated delivery date well in advance. The delivery process was easy and the staff were professional. I love my new couch and the whole process made me love it more”

“Went in to the shop to look at some Lundia shelves that we had seen on tradeMe. Owner described the different tiers and pricing as there were choices between older/refurbished/best condition units. Owner is transparent, up front and to the point. Before coming in I noted some lower reviews of the store with regards to customer service, one can only assume these reviews were made by the same people who get offended when some one uses the "wrong" pronouns. After talking to the owner I was quoted $430 for a set of shelves which we agreed to. When I went to pay he indicated that the price was actually only $395 and thats what we were charged, a clear sign of honest business. Very happy with the shelves.”

“I couldn't find any clothing price from $12 up. I found the clothing clean and reasonable price. Starting from $5 up $15. They also have designers clothing which is reasonable again as it is a big saving from what would be in shops over $900. And the comment made below is not true. The staff are friendly and helpful.”

“The team at Nick Scali were fantastic to deal with. Professional, helpful, patient, accommodating in letting me borrow the fabric swatch to take home for room colour matching. My sofa ended up arriving 4 weeks before my last updated ETA. We love it sooo much. The added technology of the integrated bluetooth speakers adds a touch of posh. The delivery team were also professional, quick to assemble and polite. After this experience, I’d love to buy more pieces from Nick Scali!”
