    Cannot fault the care and attention we received. Staff were very patient while we look over an hour to choose the colour of our suite and explained the whole ordering process thoroughly. Suite arrived in just nine weeks and we are thrilled with it.

    The WORST customer service I have experienced. Tried to order my new couch on line, but couldn't because Nick Scali doesn't deliver to my area (Whakatane). I rang the store and spoke to Mani, he was really helpful & got a quote for me to get my couch delivered to my house in 12 weeks (an insane amount of time to wait). I paid my deposit (on the 9th September) and that's where the service ended. My couch actually arrived early (24th November) and still has not been delivered! No one actually organised delivery. I then spoke to Mani & asked if I was supposed to do this myself. "No, he replied, we will do that for you". Next scheduled delivery was 9th December, organised by someone in Australia. I called the courier company myself - no, nothing has been organised. So I ended up dealing with them direct & a person from "dispatch". It will now be delivered on 17th December. You can't call the store - the phone doesn't even ring half the time, or it just cuts out. 14 weeks for a couch to arrive - I'm surprised they sell any at all!

    A large furniture showroom located in The Base. Situated on the fringes of the shopping centre, parking is good. There is a wide range of furniture on offer. Staff were attentive. Unfortunately we were not able to find what we were looking for.

    We purchased 4 pieces based on the quality and the helpfulness of the team member Kikki. 1 x Couch 1 x Ottoman 2 x Entertainment Units. Very informative very helpful. Highly recommend to others.

    Absolutely wonderful process! From start to finish, everyone I dealt with in store and over the phone were so helpful! Our lovely delivery drivers were so great, they even put our couch together for us and had great banter! Have recommended you guys to so many friends and had so many compliments on our beautiful new lounge suite! We love it!

    Refused to assist with a small replacement part for an expensive chair which was just outside warranty. We were happy to pay, but they just want to sell a whole new chair. Avoid this company.

    I was going to say that this review would b NO stars if that was possible, however, to be fair, the product is awesome. And that’s about where it ends for this organisation. EVERYTHING outside of the product is disastrously abominable (yes, I googled to find THE WORSE words I could). Sadly, I cannot describe how systematically useless these guys were, at every turn. I literally cannot understand how they are still in business. You think to yourself β€œI wonder how they’ll deal with this”, you think of the worst possible option, and that’s how they respond. Time and time again. We ordered AND PAID for our item 12feb. We had it delivered last week- 25may. In store, when purchasing, they said they had multiple units in stock, four weeks later when I called for the first time they had no stock. At every turn, no one from this organisation takes responsibility. They seem to take the pass the the buck option and try and get you spinning round in this vortex between Australia, Auckland, and In-store. It absolutely is the worst consumer experience in my memory. And do not tell me you’re interested to investigate- because I have replied to that sham, and had nil follow up once I replied. Un. Believable. AND THIS EXPERIENCE IS NOT EXCLUSIVE TO ME. Take a real, serious, genuine, look at yourselves Nick Scali, you can’t continue to do business like this in NZ, we won’t stand for it…. Yes, in the end, you paid for delivery- because I demanded it. It wasn’t offered. And nil apologies. Just a begrudging acceptance. Pretty much sums up the business: a begrudging acceptance that they have to deal with us, oh that’s right- because we buy yr stuff

    Horrible buying experience. I called them regarding my order, as I purchase 5 items and I wanted to see if any items had come in stock after weeks of waiting. Most of my order was in stock and the guy was so rude then said he would call back and never did. So 3 weeks later i drove 80km round trip to go in store and found terrible service there too, no sorrys, they just wrung out every last cent they could to split the order. Left me with horrible feeling of buyer remorse and I haven’t even received goods yet. Maybe work on making your customers leave with a positive experience then they might come back again or even recommend you to their friends? Just a thought!

    We bought two couches one fabric and one leather, they took almost exactly the amount of time we were told they would to be delivered. The lads who delivered it were fantastic and put them exactly where we wanted and had us inspect them to make sure we were happy before they left. The quality is fantastic, after reading reviews I was worried I had done the wrong thing but I’m so stoked with the couches and the service. Thank you Manpreet from Nickscali Hamilton NZ for unmatched customer service. The whole experience was perfect hence the 5 stars. I think people just need to exercise patients during a shipping crisis.

    Nice but a lot of their furnitures we didn't like as they were mostly too soft as we wanted firm sofas do they can last for years. Prices are rediculous so no thank you. But we did like this lovely dining table and bench chair.
