   I Recently Purchased the Queen Headboard which was on Clearance.But that Headboard totally not compatible with Queen Bed basically they sell the wrong Dimensions Headboard and all the staff were know why they put on the clearance. Now totally non of my use.They not supposed to sell the wrong items which is not as New Zealand standard. Customer sales service Zero. Highly not Recommended.

   Shyama working in Manukau Furniture now is extremely helpful, goes out of the way to get the best deal for costumers and also tries to fit into what the costumer wants. Very hard working staff!! She is basically running the show out there. We are very pleased with her service.

   We pre order a queen size bed frame(brown colour) waited for 6 months to receive our delivery. A day before the delivery date they rang us and informed that u are not receiving the same product colour it will be different. I really disappointed because we paid for what we ordered. Not gonna buy anything in future nor recommend to other people as well.

   Dont buy here! We have been waiting 5 months for a refund. Now company is not responding. We bought a bed and paid for it in full. Staff told us it would arrive in 6 weeks. 6 weeks later no contact. We were then told 4 weeks. Again no contact and no bed. Waited a few weeks and took time off work to get this sorted only to find that staff are pretending like they have never spoken to me and reffered me to online refund process. Going on 4 weeks later no reply. Passing this situation onto commerce commission. Furniture now should be ashamed. Creating hardship for families.

   Where do I start? Purchased a dining table and chairs on thursday and also paid for delivery for saturday only to be delivered out 8 dining chairs without table. Contact office and asked where is my table and to be told that they had none in stock(manukau) but had some in stock mt roskil branch. Nothing arrived. Come Monday get told again my table is out for delivering. Received one box with table and 2nd box was the legs to find out that it wasn't the same table I had purchased. Contacted them again to let them know that they have sent out the wrong table. So now they had to send out another person to deliver my table i had purchased on Thursday now putting it together to find out im missing a piece and there's a chip in the middle of the table! Will never ever recommend this place to anyone. Just absolutely shocking!

   I bought my bed June 2022 and still have warranty but it’s colour is getting fade, so I visited manukau branch and tell them the problem so they suggested send an email so I sent an email with photos as proof, now last couple of days I am following up on email but no response from furniture now.. and when I called them again they said they will check and reply on email , but again no response.. very bad customer service and people are very rude on phone also ..

   The star is a Negative 100 ... We visited Sun 30/1/22 in the morning walked in said good morning to the 2 male staff at counter on left. . No good morning back they didn't even asked if we needed help, under my breath I said to my husband "How rude" and I'm sure I heard one of them make a comment :(... we found a dinning room suite we wanted to buy, the Indian lady there was friendly but the horrible rude non customer service we got when we walked in put us of buying from there. Even when we walked out they were looking at one of their phones, should get rid of those 2 and put the Indian Lady at the front she was helpful and friendly.
