Ordered on the 26th of May, I have only received a confirmation of order and nothing else. Have requested my bank to dispute and they have given Oakano a few more days to communicate with me or to receive by bed frame before the funds get clawed back.
Fraudulent website, purchased online and have no contact in 10 days following up after $1,300 purchase. Stay away. Called neighbour in Glover Street and they confirmed Oakano has not been located there in the last 5 years they've been there - ignore address and store details - they don't exist.
Shall update if things change. Have paid and ordered $1,700 worth of furniture over a week ago. Have heard nothing and emailed 3 times, called 5 times, left 2 message, 9 days later got an email saying it’ll be delivered in a weeks time, no tracking number or email says it’s dispatched or anything. So finially it got delivered (delivery man was amazing) but still no email saying it was dispatched or with a tracking number or anything after I had the invoice that I bought it. This is still appalling communication and customer service. Purchase elsewhere even if it costs more, if I could do it again that’s what I do, even if I have to pay $1000 more.
Bought a bed on the 4th December. They refuse to give shipping updates. They ignore emails about when it might be delivered. On 11th Dec they just said "with Mainfreight" but refuse to give any tracking or consignment number. Still not replying to emails. I would avoid purchasing anything online until there is some clarity if they are actually still in business
Brought 2x Boston wardrobes ,no response to my email so communication poor, did kerbside pickup but all was already to go when I got there. Product all good, obviously it’s not all solid oak as that is reflected in price , but rails etc are, which are important for its structure. No problem at all assembling . Will buy again !!!.

Their furniture is flat pack and NONE OF THE PARTS HAVE LABELS, making putting it together 8000% harder than it needs to be! The joke goes that flat pack furniture drives people mad, well oakano flat pack really will drive you mad!
We bought a Koeler about 2 years ago and unfortunately the quality is not as anticipated. The internal parts of the drawers are made from MDF and have bowed and are no longer usable. The front of drawer also keeps falling off. We tried to contact Oakano twice within the first year of purchase regarding our concerns and no one followed up with us. We do not recommend Oakano.
Purchased a King Size Storage Bed. The product is excellent, really high quality, nice heavy frame and looks great. Delivery was delayed by at least a month due to overseas shipping / stock but their customer service is good and they keep in touch. The price was reasonable for the quality of the product. I recommend getting help putting the King Size Flat Pack storage bed together, it took ~3 hrs and a little head scratching. All round I'd recommend purchasing from this crew.
