   SCAM! Do not purchase from this website. I only wish I’d checked the reviews before purchasing off this website - thinking I was supporting local business. I purchased a Xmas gift at the beginning of December last year. No dispatch notice received so I followed up initially after 1 week with shipping details. No reply. It is now the end of March and I have attempted contact via phone call, text, Facebook messenger (Brenda, Mike & The Joneses) Instagram and email. I’m left with no choice but to take formal action.

   Unfortunately I never checked the Google reviews before making a purchase online from The Joneses, but now I find all the comments made by others are absolutely true. This business takes your money, including shipping money, and does not send your order. Then if you try to make contact by email or phone, they don't respond. It's a complete rort! DO NOT purchase anything online from The Joneses, you will not receive your items!

   Do not buy from The Joneses Ltd. They don't send orders and ignore calls and emails. Give excuses but do not resolve the issue. Have being trying to get a refund for an order placed in August they are yet to provide an update on or sent the item. Brenda this is appalling I will be taking the issue further.

   DO NOT buy anything on-line from this store. Only part of my order was supplied and they won't refund the balance of the money I paid. I have left numerous phone messages and sent numerous emails. I have been completely ignored for 2 months. By not supplying the goods or refunding my money this business has effectively stolen from me, and not just me it would seem from the review below.

   Terrible service. Don't answer emails, Facebook messages, or messages left on the phone. Don't think there is much chance of getting product ordered. Think twice before purchasing.

   Be very cautious when buying online from this store! Unable to supply stock then won't refund the money paid. Absolutely hopeless communication and never answers messages except to give numerous excuses. This is not a small amount of money and I've been fighting to get it back almost six months now! Disgusting service.
