    Website is easy to use. It’s clear, detailed and set up perfectly. The showroom is awesome too! customer service 10/10! So convenient and nice for people such as my mama that are weary to shop online, to come in and have a look and speak to someone face to face. Mother & I purchased 3 x drawers. Safe to say this is my new favourite furniture shop! Had a browse before leaving and everything else is great quality too yet still affordable.     Product was a low dresser. Good unit, service too was friendly and helpful. Had some years assembling bathroom cabinets and the instructions to assemble are appalling, for some hapless person with no real experience it would be a nightmare. Only pictures that at best are obscure, purchase anything but furniture that requires assembly.

    Went there today to purchase 5 items that i seen had in stock long story short they had none in stock then when i asked when they can get them how soon they said they only prioritize people that buy big bulky items and also bloody rude pickup your game and actually run your business like it should be Dont go here just wasting your time

    buyers beware!!!!!, do not purchase anything from this store. there customer service sucks, they're never open and when you finally reach them they don't care that you travel 40mins to pick up an item during there operating hours just to find out they are closed. when you ask if they can just send a courtesy message to say they're open because your travelling in. There reply is "they don't have the time". you have already paid for the product. Yes I understand that things are hard but if you ring over and over during business hours and left voice mail messages also email's. travel 3 days in a row at different hours to catch them Not good customer service. Looking through these reviews this company is terrible, it should be shut down

    Brought a bed base and headboard, well made and easy to put together. Delivery was awesome. They also have a trademe site which is kept updated in regards to delivery times as it's different to website. Keep this in mind before reaching for phone and email and having ago at them. As I've seen from other reviews. Recommend this company and will purchase more from them in future.
