    hi we had a great experience searching for our lounge sofas. the showroom had everything and samples of product of styles and fabrics. the expected delivery date was achieved and the delivery team were exceptionally customer focused. thank you Nick Scali team.

    The staff member I spoke to (Sugeet) was very helpful and sociable. I didn’t feel pressured to make a purchase. When I came back to place my order, Sugeet recognised me and remembered which couch I was looking at. The ordering process was very easy and all terms were made clear to me. I appreciated being updated with the estimated delivery date well in advance. The delivery process was easy and the staff were professional. I love my new couch and the whole process made me love it more

    I was in a position to write a 5 star review on Sunday this was mainly due to multiple positive interactions with the sales team (Sugeet and his colleagues) who did a brilliant job of advising and decorating my home. The let downs have been the delivery team, who haven't worked to my expectations. I had rubbish left outside my home yesterday and had to waste time to sort the mess left behind. Not what I expect when the showroom and sales process has been so immaculate. The delivery team need to do better.

    Love my couch and ottoman. 5-stars for Sugeet from St Lukes gave me exceptional service. Kept in contact re delivery. He was very patient with me while I made my decision over multiple visits to the store. 4-stars because the delivery company gave me awful grief! Incredibly experienced delivery people according to their manager says wouldn't fit in lift and were refusing to try my way. Was toldthey were putting back on truck and I needed to choose something else. I insisted they try my way, and it worked easily, then complained they were late and asked if I could unwrap and set up myself! Would appreciate the delivery and setup fee back from their delivery company!

    Awesome service by Sugeet. I received regular updates re: my couch delivery and it was delivered as per timelines provided. Sugeet was very approachable and catered to my needs including offering me a discount on the product as it had reduced further a week after purchase. Great service! Thank you!

    Ordered a couch with a right hand side chaise, waited a few months and received the couch with the chaise on the wrong side. The saleswoman had one job.... to order the right product and somehow she managed to get this wrong. Not only that, the. couch started squeaking after about eight months! It's supposed to be a good quality from a high end brand but I'm just left baffled to be honest! Another saleswoman (blonde) in the St Lukes store was also stuck up and horrible, not just to me but toward a few customer while I was looking around. I have been in touch about these problems and maybe Nick Scale is hoping that everything will magically fix itself overnight? Who knows. I majorly regret shopping here.

    6 months of consistent 1 star reviews… and unfortunately I’m adding another one. Brought a buffet from them at the demo store and on receipt the wood was substantially different across the whole piece making it look awful. I pointed this out and agreed with Nick Scali delivery that it would be exchanged (written and signed proof) and their Australian call centre tried to go back on this and claim there is no issue. I have no good words to say about this part of the customer service and their blatant attempt to ignore the Consumer Goods Guarantee Act (purchases at demo store must match actual delivered). Thankfully the St Lukes store intervened and has promised I will get an exchange as was originally agreed. Overall though I can’t change my original rating. My experience was so poor and given the service desk is based in Australia I feel like they ignore NZ trading laws and try to be cheeky. The cost should mean better service. I suggest any customers reject the furniture on delivery if you are not satisfied, don’t rely on them agreeing to exchange this at a later date - they will try to go back on it. I like the product at least, but won’t purchase from them again given the exceptionally poor customer experience and stress trying to resolve it.

    Amazing, genuine customer service from the minute I stepped foot into the showroom to the very end of the process dealing with the delivery service guys – they went above and beyond to get our 2.4m x 1.1m table up four very awkward levels and then put it all together too. And then the quality of the product.. stunning. So happy. 5 stars!
