   I went into The Glassroom today as a newbie to mosaics. I was helped by a lovely man who gave plenty of helpful tips, was very patient and even explained and showes how to use equipment. He went above and beyond. I will definitely be back to get more supplies and highly recommend The Glassroom.

   Literally ZERO customer service. Placed an order online weeks ago. Was told via email that I would have to wait to hear from them which I haven’t despite a follow up email from me. How can you run a business when you IGNORE customers?!!

   Absolutely shocking company to deal with. I paid $900 for a Zephyr ring saw which the motor burnt out after minimal use. They didn't want to know about it as it was outside the warranty period. I did everything per the instructions which they never provided and I had to source myself. Don't answer calls and quite rude and unhelpful. Don't waste good money with these people! Your reply is rubbish. A) its only 20 months old and b) has only been used about 6 times. There was no offer to service. I even enquired about getting a replacement motor but you couldn't help. Or wouldn't help. Let me add lying to your list of faults. I'm now deawith the manufacturer and it is a much more satisfying and productive relationship

   As most people have said, they are awful with communication. I've been trying to get a hold of them for over a week now. I placed an order and was told that I had to wait for someone to contact me. I waited a few days and nobody did so I emailed them. They responded saying what I wanted was out of stock. So I placed a different order and was told to wait to be contacted once again. Never happened. I have sent 3 emails now even asking if it was out of stock then could they please send me a list of what was in stock. Absolitely nothing back. Never even completed my order and I'm very unsatisfied. Need to work on communication if they want to continue to recieve business. Not just leave people for week on end Edit-they finally got back to me after I had written this. They said they were disappointed I was so quick to go to Google. Didn't offer the list I asked for or anything to make it right. It's been over a week of nothing. I waited. I'm disappointed it took me leaving this review for them to actually respond. But oh well

   Unfortunately their website is not set up to complete orders so you have to make your request and wait to be called back, but they will wait for you to call them first probably to save money on a mobile call. Also though you put in the request, it does not guarantee the items are in stock. Not worth the effort.

   Horrible place to deal with. I wished I had read the reviews before engaging them. Whatever you do. Do not put deposits down or prepay orders. Communication is very poor. Don't expect email replies. And if you want a refund you will never see one. Stay clear of this place!!!
