   Rip off and liars. A staff member gave misleading information which resulted in them selling the item. Make sure everything is in writing. Despite tool being sold they made an effort to replace it eventually by which time I had replaced it. Reason for 2 star not one. If you don't want to be ripped off don't go here unless you get everything in writing and read the fine print

   so went to sell some older tools as i had upgraded to newer gear and was happy to take a little less to avoid dealing the the sale process there offer was insulting i understand they have to make money but i would of got more panhandling for an hour absolute joke also staff are lazy rude and unhelpful if your the owner reading this you need to really sit down your staff and give them a lesson in customer service i'm amazed this place is still operating !!
