   We visited 4 different shops in Westgate for living room sofas, Nood beat them all with the most comfortable, premium and new range of sofa bed. I couldn’t have asked for any better customer service support. Almost all of the representatives were keen to help, however Sian and Deshani were absolute legends. We took almost 45mins to an hour browsing all the Nood sofa range on display and both of them were amazing helpers! Deshani was proactive and helped us set the scene with the sofa bed we loved, while entertaining our 4-yr old. There was no pressure only patience and care. We are now coming back for pillows and their swivel chair range next!! Excited prices for Boxing Day sale, highly recommend Nood!

   Nood has such a great variety of homewares and the Westgate store is my go to. Millie helped me find a bunch of things for my new house. She didnt pressure me, but gave me some really good ideas that worked so well together. She was so lovely!

   Terrible customer service, not surprised to see average reviews here from other customers. We were turned away from the store because they started closing early. I explained I wanted 30 seconds to sit on and eye ball a couch so I could decide to buy or not but the lady refused me entry despite me coming from the opposite side of Auckland because it was the only store with a display model. Loss of a sale for sure because someone wanted to go home early.

   I recently took advantage of a couple of great Black Friday deals at Nood, but the thing that has prompted this review is the customer service I got from Janey. She gave me practical, non-pushy help while I was choosing between products. She helped me work out whether the items would fit in the back of my car, since I wanted to collect them from the Nood warehouse to save the shipping costs and hassle. When the products arrived at the warehouse, she called me as promised and booked me a collection time, which she followed up with a confirming email that included by original receipt, since she knew I'd need that at collection. Customer service is about making things feel easy and that's exactly what Janey did for me. Fantastic job! I'll be back... Oh and I love the table and chairs.

   Customer service was good when you shop around to get you to buy stuff and no customer service after all if there is any problems for the purchase. Once you paid, customer service is gone. The manager in the store is rude and arrogant. Giving all the excuses of not able to accept return or refund, even I have only get my furniture within a week! Terrible store to go to!

   Went to every furniture store in North West and this was the only store where the staff were friendly and helpful. Ended up having to purchase from Nood Lincoln road because they had the colour of the chair I wanted but the lovely lady (sorry, forgot to get your name) made sure to call ahead to Lincoln road and check they had stock. Really appreciate the lovely customer service today after a stressful day of shopping.
