Extremely fast service, surprising as it was Boxing Day when I ordered it. I expected that due to the time of year, it might take longer than: “We aim to dispatch your order within 2–4 days, with delivery typically taking 2–14 days.” But I was wrong. Luckily, I returned home the following day when I did as, just before 5pm, 2 men arrived with my order. I had no text or email to say it was on its way. I was home alone with no assistance prepared (as they recommend in their emails to help carry goods into your house). The delivery people were going to leave it in the middle of my driveway. I had to beg them to help move it less than 10 feet into my home or it would have sat there blocking access to my car. I am not at all equipped to carry a washing machine up stairs by myself. Thankfully the begging worked but they were definitely not going to assist initially. 45 minutes LATER I got a text message saying my delivery was on its way. Great service but a little TOO good as it even beat out their own despatch system. I was very fortunate the delivery people took a couple of moments extra to carry it up my stairs for me which was much appreciated.

Frequent flyer here to return/exchange goods purchase hours/days. Bought a Vogue Induction 60cm Freestanding Oven ~$1200, got home unboxed it and the oven door is crook. Exchanged 2 days later for the same product (Vogue Induction 60cm), as seen in the photos, crook. Went back to get it refunded on Boxing Day. Thought it might just be the one product so we changed tacts and bought a Vogue Ceramic Stove ~$450, long behold, crook. Merry Christmas :), couldn't get enough of this unboxing business! Not once, not twice, but three times. The exchanging/refund process takes at least 3 hours. Packing oven, driving to trade depot, head into service desk, going to technician, back to service desk, either to warehouse for exchange for another faulty product/to cashier for refund that can't be processed until the following week. I would strongly recommend opening up the product immediately upon picking up at warehouse.

I bought a fridge from Trade Depot a few months ago and eventually noticed it was making unusual noises during operation. I contacted Trade Depot with evidence of the issue, and they promptly arranged a replacement for me. The new fridge was delivered today—only three days after the replacement order was placed. To make things even better, the delivery person was happy to help move the new fridge next to the one being replaced, which made swapping them much easier for me. I’m very impressed and truly appreciate the wonderful service I received from Trade Depot.

Do not recommend unless you are buying and picking up direct same day. Do not order for delivery. They sent a table with no table top only the legs that I paid full price for but sent a display unit on the wrong colour. Their delivery took longer than they state as someone didn’t scan something properly at the warehouse. Their fabric chairs also have a foul smell you have to air out for at least 2 weeks. They might be cheap but you definitely pay for it elsewhere. Following up with the contact centre also takes so long for anyone to get back to you. Delivery happens at any time even for those working and they’ll send a vague text to say it’s out for delivery and then give you at max 8mins notice for someone to get home. Don’t recommend if you live in the hood cos they’ll leave it outside. UPDATE 21/10/25: A table top of a different colour was delivered urgently 5 hours after advising trade depot of their error in only delivering the table legs, Another urgent request for pick up of wrong table at the same time as delivery of a new table was put through Thursday 16th October as no one has been able to admit to giving a display table instead of a brand new table. Friday 17th October a pick up driver calls to collect the table however does not have the new table so they were declined access to pick up the table as trade depot dispatch team advised to only give the table if the new and correct one has been dropped off at the same time - Calle trade depot to advise an error. This morning I get another call from someone saying they’re from trade depot and only have instruction to pick up again with no delivery at all. Terrible communication and no one is reading the pick up/delivery notes. The store manager Enrico got in contact with me directly and offered me 2 tables (more expensive than the one I brought) however I declined based on the style not suiting the layout of my home. We came to an agreement that there would be a partial refund for having the display unit issued and the wrong colour legs. Changed from 1 star rating to 3 as felt this was dealt with fairly.

Absolutely impossible to get in contact with them. Delivered a fridge on the wrong day so that I was locked out of my house and had to get movers in so I could get into my home. Phone calls emails webchat all unanswered in a day. One time i got through after q.5 hours and it was answered before delivery she said it was sorted. It was not. Photo yes that is my front door with the huge fridge in front if it that I can not move. If negative ratings were here it would get one .

Such a helpful bunch. My friend lost their phone in the shop and they helped us get it back. I phoned to say we were coming in and they made sure to have it ready for us. hard to conversation.. no answer.. very late Delivery and no inform by txt or call deliver is awful.. damaged boxes and when i open it refrigerator 2 big dent marks on front door.. i emailed them but no response 3days,, I'm so sad.. they make me mad.. 23/03/2023 I receive from Trade depot Thank you for getting in touch, I am really sorry to hear this. I have booked driver to come on Monday and pick up the return. Please don't hesitate to get in touch if I can help with anything further. Now on 21/04/2023 no one called me or email. Order three bathroom furnitures, two were delivered as damaged. Vanity was broken in half, and its replacement got a chipped edge which they refused to cover as warranty. Side cabinet got broken top and bottom boards. No warranty, no replacement, no refund, and no response from their email or online chat. Do not trust their products' quality and shipping quality, even though the package is intact, there is always broken part inside! Make sure you rip off all packages and check all details when you receive them by shipping. I used to think they have good price with reasonable quality, now I have to dump all of them and spend double cost to get replacements from somewhere else.

I bought a double door fridge for $600 approximately which is running okay so far. My friend recently got a small wash basin for $69 which also looks okay. I've not dealt much with these guys but have heard they sometimes have good deals. The warehouse is massive, well maintained and presented. However, I feel there should be more staff members around to assist in my opinion. Staff members at the counters are friendly and helpful but seem under pressure. The overall procedure in terms of purchase to delivery/pick up can improve. Customer service is okay but can improve in terms of speed and efficiency.
