    Bought a set of 4 Sheffield heater from them, one by one all broke down within 6 months. First 2 unit was sent replacement but for 3rd and 4th, nothing was offered. Being informed retrieval will be arranged for broken unit to inspect for fault, dragged for 2 months and nothing was arranged. *2 replacement unit sent was broken down as well. Won't trust the brand and the service anymore.

    I ordered a Sheffield Portable Air Conditioner from Farmers and I had a very bad experience. The castos are attached to a very fragile PLASTIC part that with less than a month broke (moving the unit just on the carpet without any steps), which created an even bigger problem WATER LEAKING. Contact them by email, and they can't do anything, so I basically can't use this unit as the water is leaking through the castor hole (???). It's definitely better to spend your money somewhere else. Their phone support is just ridiculous, they transfer the call, and nobody picks up, tried many times.

    Great service in my case: Purchased electric longboard. Communication was very good, fast delivery, no issues. Unfortunately the battery failed and had to send it back. No questions asked, pick up, fast service, fast sending back, no extra cost. But then they sent it to the address of earlier delivery, not where we were sending it from. Contacted them and the response was immediate, the courier pick up was organised right away, no questions asked, no extra cost. This is what I can call customer focused busines. Thank you.

    I ordered a power supply unit for a Sheffield Boom Barrel and was quoted $18.95 for the item and $4.99 for Courier, INSTEAD they send me s tiny USB cable and charged me $4.99 for the cable and $18.95 for Courier. This is blatant FRAUD and misleading, now they refuse to respond and will not answer my emails, another bad sign, also they have no phone number and no physical address to contact them, another bad sign. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE MISLEADING AND FRAUDULENT AND NON-RESPONSIVE ONCE THERE IS A PROBLEM. NO STAR, I HAD TO CHECK ONE TO POST THIS, MINUS 5 STARS ACTUALLY.

    Bought a kettle from them on TradeMe but received a toaster instead. Once we were able to contact them, this company was extremely helpful in putting the mistake right, and were a pleasure to deal with. Often the mark of a good company is not if they make mistakes (as well all do at times), but how they go about fixing them and how long it takes. Well done!
