    This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. The staff member showed no basic respect or courtesy at all. There was no greeting, no welcome, and no interest in helping. Instead, the attitude was negative and uncomfortable, making it very clear that customers are not valued. The overall atmosphere felt tense and unwelcoming because of this behaviour. This kind of service directly damages the shop’s reputation and makes customers decide not to return, no matter how good the products are. If management truly cares about the business and its rating, this issue needs to be addressed immediately

    I bought a vape from here (pod and battery) on Monday this week, came in on tuesday to get some new pods, the guy even HELD my vape, had a close look at it, and sold me the wrong size pods without my knowledge.

    Absolutely hideous customer service when returning a faulty product. This was several months ago however, but the vibe hasn’t changed. There is one really magical member of staff who does make it super pleasant to go there, the owners are aggressive and downright rude. Effectively if you have an issue with a product they want to chase you out the shop. It’s amazing how they stay in business with such dreadful behaviour.

    I would prefer give zero rating if I could. I had worst experience ever in NZ in his store. The person working there doesn't have any etiquette to talk to his customers. I went to see some options as I wanted to explore before I cut down nicotine. Being a girl, I expected respectful behavior towards me and I got the reverse. He asked me to get out and not wasting his time if I don't want anything. I would say Racism is still a big issue in NZ.

    This place sells vapes, hookahs, papers, grinders, pipes and all sorts. Though, they don't recycle vapes like most other vape stores and aren't recylable-friendly. Their prices for value are good and have good products. However, because of some of the items they sell, there's usually drunk/drug induced people going in there or hanging around as well as violent and gang-related people in there or outside the place. I don't always feel safe going in there and sometimes see customers harassing/threatening staff.

    Nazir is a top man, very knowledgeable about products, recommended and helps customers with there needs and overall is a great guy. always enjoy my time in blaze and chill and getting to have a chat to nazir
