   We bought a very expensive lounge suit and phoned over a week no answer as we needed it delivered eventually we had to go there out of our way the two people working there were sitting doing nothing I asked them why they did not bother to answer or phone us back left numerous messages. When delivered the delivery guys refused to help bring the sofa inside!! Not a good look

   Staff in store were friendly and helpful however the delivery company or workers are disgraceful. Asked whether they would be able to unpack furniture which they said no, which was fine. Yet, they could do it if we paid them $200.00.

   If you plan on getting something delivered on a date you select, don’t buy from bigsave. Save your money. They don’t give you updates on your order and expect you to be okay with whatever time they choose to deliver. Very unprofessional to be honest. Don’t even bother emailing them too, they won’t reply.

   today Wed 04/12/2024, received delivery of a Fraser recliner lounge suite (charcoal colour) 3+1+1 plus 2 x Snoop single recliners ,(black colour). purchased whilst on sale ending 26/10/2024. must mention salesperson : Karamjeet Bawja for her help when I visit the Manukau store, not once , several times lol to compare, style ,comfort, pricing etc & delivery timeline as needed by xmas. only took a few minutes to unpack & fit backrest & arms. feels comfortable, relaxing & luxurious lol. if review helps someone, that is great news. I recommend Big Save Manukau store.

   Bought furniture...one of furniture is factory fault....called couple of times bigsave they said will call back still have...emailed them still no response from last 4 days.....so these guys only nice till you purchase from them after that any problem not their problem

   Needed a dining room table “today” tried several furniture shops, deliver in 2 weeks. Big Save Manukau made it happen today great service. Needed a bed so brought that as well. Best deal in town delivered next day. Supposed to deliver to door but helpful guys took it up to level five, great service.

   Happy with the purchase of a bed - told it would take 10 - 12 days to arrive in store and was there in 7. But unhappy about all the personal information they want from you, so just be aware. They already have your name, address, phone and email address and your are told you will need photo ID. All fair enough but when you go to pick up your purchase they want to put not only your drivers licence number but also your number plate number into their computer system to sit there forever. I had proof of my address and photo ID but still wanted to store the numbers. Naturally I refused point blank. Not a reflection on the staff I was told it was company policy!!

   Didn't get back to me regarding a $4000 sofa purchase. I was in store for 40 mins while they sodded around , the sales guy said don't worry Sir I will call back later today , obviously he didn't and I went elsewhere with my money

   Excellent place if you are looking for furnitures and beddings. Great quality items, price is reasonable too. The staff were accommodating when we went here, thumbs up them! Customer service is good, they answered our enquiries very knowledgeably. You have to check this place out!
