   Went in to the shop to look at some Lundia shelves that we had seen on tradeMe. Owner described the different tiers and pricing as there were choices between older/refurbished/best condition units. Owner is transparent, up front and to the point. Before coming in I noted some lower reviews of the store with regards to customer service, one can only assume these reviews were made by the same people who get offended when some one uses the "wrong" pronouns. After talking to the owner I was quoted $430 for a set of shelves which we agreed to. When I went to pay he indicated that the price was actually only $395 and thats what we were charged, a clear sign of honest business. Very happy with the shelves.

   To be honest, the old guy is unpleasant to deal with. I'm surprise this store is still open and running. The items aren't much cheaper anyway so I would recommend just to go somewhere else instead buying from this store.

   Should be a No star from me. Very unprofessional behaviour shown on trademe. Will never recommend or buy from this seller. Blacklisted and also will be sharing with my colleagues, family and friends etc to never ever buy from this business. To the Manager: Do not reply to this review. Just accept you need to do better and be kinder in your next interaction with a potential customer.

   Beautiful pieces of furniture. Fell in love with the Woodgate Rustic range & purchased a tallboy, went back the next day & purchased another one & got free delivery. Don't know what your all on about with Pops being a rude old man? I certainly had no trouble with him on both occasions maybe if we gave a bit more respect to one another, the world would be a happier place.

   The *worst* customer service I have ever experienced. From the moment we stepped in to the shop the old man in charge made us feel incredibly uncomfortable. He rushed us despite the shop being empty and consistently belittled us with every question we asked. We could barely look at anything without him interrupting and telling us we were doing something wrong. I suggest you avoid this shop at all costs.

   Very good variety. However Rob was a very rude person who seemed not at all willing to help. However he seemed to be helping the local customers. But with us he was being extremely rude and indifferently. Moreover when my daughter s leg touched the bed ,he shouted at her not to kick the bed. No please. No politeness. Just do not kick the bed. Will never return here inspite of the good variety. Basic manners and behaviour is something he needs to learn first .
