   I accidentally ordered the wrong size online. I called and asked for help which I was unable to obtain. Very limited customer service. I realize the company is under no legal obligations to help me. However I do believe it is very poor company practice to not go the distance to help it's customers. Buyer beware.... Please note the lack of response from management reflects their level of customer care. I guess when you have that many bad reviews it would be hard to keep up.

   Searched the store online, found the knife I wanted "in stock", drove to the store and they said "oh we're just a showroom you need to order online" and had not even heard of the (famous) knife brand argh!

   I arrived at the arranged time of 8 am to discover the showroom was closed but I did see a staff member so I knocked on the door but they did not come over to open the door. The person I had arranged to meet had not provided a contact phone number on their email so I had no way of contacting them. I walked around the building looking to see if there were any staff around, eventually, I found the office space and asked for the person I had arranged to meet. I managed to find the person but they seemed to have forgotten I was meeting them. I asked for the items I had arranged to collect and pay for but was dismayed to be presented with the wrong items! It was arranged for me to call back in the afternoon to collect the items I had asked to be ordered. When I returned that afternoon to collect the items I discovered these had been charged to an account. I asked for the items to be removed from this account as I had arranged to pay for these items upon collection. I then received a long aggressive lecture from the person serving me who snatched the items away from me and put them out of reach behind their desk. In a hospitality business, one would say, I can fix that no problem, rather lecture me like a child before attending to my request.… WOW this was the same person who also told me to collect a needed item the next day to discover the business was actually closed.

   Horrible customer service. No stand up when customer comes. A blond woman has no interpersonal skills whatsoever. I went looking for chef shoes no help provided. Basically she said go there and look. Will buy shoes elsewhere.

   As I have a hospitality industry for 20 years , this was the worst experience of purchasing good to southern hospitality. I will never recommend to buy anything from them as there service is worst even they are unable to solve a problem . I have some product from them and I have return one product to exchange one product and they have changed me again. They will only take care of you if you are buying more than $100,000 of good and the rest of purchase below 10,000 , they can be bothered .

   I have had the worst customer service ever experienced in the past 40 years! Quite unbelievable. A simple order for a table top and base has taken 6 weeks and we are still unable to assemble the product which arrived with no instructions as to size of screws which are clearly non standard (after a visit to Mitre 10). I will NEVER deal with this company again.
