WORST MANAGER! My sister called me crying because the manager of this store humiliated her in front of other people! Just because she wanted to return a mattress protector that didn’t fit their bed! She didn’t need your sermon! All she wanted was someone to assist her with the refund! The other staff were very helpful and friendly towards my sister but you just had to butt in and feel important.

I regret buying from this shop, I bought a three piece sofa they delivered two and promised to have the other missing piece in store the next day. I'm still waiting and there is no communication on their side. I called them about 5 times today and they are not answering my calls. Their stuff don't even make means to call and explain. I'm still chasing them. The surprise I wanted to make for my family is ruined.

Chetan is a very helpful and knowledgeable person. I bought all my house furniture from Big Save, and Chetan helped me a lot by giving great ideas and clearly explaining everything.
When I received my delivery, unfortunately, one of my dining chairs was damaged, and the delivery team did not seem very professional. However, once I informed Chetan, the store manager, he went above and beyond to help me. He personally delivered a new chair to my house within a couple of hours using his own car.
I’m extremely happy with the service and would highly recommend Big Save — especially Chetan.

Appalling experience, don’t waste your time buying from this store all you’ll be met with is a lack of accountability and horrible customer service. If it was possible to rate in the negative I would. I was convinced to purchase a mattress projector after purchasing a new bed from big save furniture $150 later the mattress protector doesn’t even fit the mattress. After continuous emails, over a month of no response I get a call where I am told my correspondences ended up in the spam folder? However, my most recent email advising I would be contacting the CGA didn’t. I requested a refund was told no that it was potentially faulty and they would give me another that I would have to go and collect. The base for our bed was faulty we were advised to return it in store and pick up a new one after a complaint they eventually offered to deliver it and pick up the faulty one, not everyone has the time or the means to pick up a bed base. We ordered a couch at the same time and we’re advised it would take 6-8 weeks max and we would have it before Christmas it has now been 3 months with no couch and we were told in November after chasing up the order it would arrive on 29th December. Then we received a txt message on 18th December that it will arrive in the second week of January. This entire experience has been horrific. After contacting the LH branch and requesting some form or compensation for the inconvenience, we were advised sorry it’s out of our control the only thing we can do is keep you informed about your order. We will never purchase from big save again! Over promise under deliver, passing the blame to avoid taking accountability, no first point resolution and poor customer service.

I don’t usually do reviews but the customer experience here was great! Amazing tracking system of where your item is with regular text updates. Also delivered within a few days, unlike other places where we would have waited 16 weeks to get the couch! Couch itself is very nice too!

Very terrible costumer service. We bought Mattress, Mattress protector and Drawer Dresser with mirror. The drawer with mirror was un assembled. It did took us 2 hours to assemble. After we put all together one side of the Drawer Dresser snapped apart. We knew one side was slightly shorter than the other side. Immediately we contacted the store manager. About a week later, they send someone to look at it. The guy suggested his manager to order a part because it's faulty. We waited over two months and contacted the guy who supposed to fix it, then he directed us to the store manager. The store manager told us, the parts already here in store " i am waiting to get in touch with the guy who's fixing for you", we waited another month and contacted the store staff again, the lady staff told us, "i don't have information about it, i will call you back once i have discussed with my manager". She never back to us. I recently contacted again. This time, the store manager is new and the previous manager no longer work for the store. She told us she will find out and get back to us. Again she also disappeared. It's a complete waste of money and time. We never go back to this store again. Bad experience!! Never recommend to anyone
