   Terrible company. Asked them to repair one of their dishwasher that broken down around 2 years. Not only they have failed to repair it and haven’t heard from them since. The next time I heard from them is asking me to pay for something they couldn’t fix. Unbelievable

   Euro tech over is junk!!! Oven door fell off (faulty latches) had new door installed, fell off again - blamed their technician. Came loose again, new latches bought. Tonight the inner glass exploded and shattered 220degrees (luckily we weren’t in the kitchen) Clearly bad quality junk - don’t waste your time or money in Eurotech!

   Currently going through a faulty dishwasher hose pipe with them. Has caused mass damage to my floorboards and we now have 2-4 different insurers involved. All parties after 4 months of water damage are keen to get the fix underway but Eurotech have gone quiet and held up the whole process. Currently speaking with Fair Go who are wanting to get on board to get the ball moving. Will be visiting the store this weekend to get an update as to why Eurotech aren't moving this along as per the legal liabilty in NZL. Personally, If you are looking at a Eurotech product... Don't. Run as fast as you can and never look back. We have 6 units out of 7 houses with mass water damage due to Eurotechs lack of care and poor product quality. The fact we are 4 months on and still chasing a resolution should give you an idea of how poor the customer service and quality care is. We have spoken with lawyers and now looking at legal action.

   Our oven was vandalised and the door would not close. Eurotech supplied us with a new oven even though the damage was obviously not covered by the warranty. Incredible service!!!

   I have a stove I bought last July. Not long after I bought it the oven door handle fell off and the oven draw broke. New screws were ordered and the handle was fixed and the draw 'fixed' and I was told not to put anything heavy in it! In May the handle broke again. I asked for a refund and was told the shop was allowed the opportunity to fix it. I spoke to someone at Eurotech on the 20th May and was told screws would be sent to Five Star Appliances and they would come out again and 'fix' the handle. A few weeks ago I was sent an email from Eurotech asking if I'd received the screws!!! I've since been told (email on the 15th June) they've been sent to 5 Star Appliances. I am still waiting for my oven door handle to be fixed. I should never has bought such a cheap product with such poor customer service. Not fit for purpose.

   *Review edit* 10/05/22: Eurotech have gone above and beyond to rectify the issues we had. They have replaced the dishwasher and oven free of charge. Thank you. Original review: We bought three Eurotech appliances with our kitchen mania kitchen. The dishwasher has broken down twice with the same error twice, a technician came out to fix it and it stopped working and displayed the same error message within a month of "fixing". The oven button has broken and it has only been used ten times. Eurotech customer service takes weeks to months to provide any assistance, we are still waiting for a reply for our latest issue. Would never recommend their appliances or company.

   So, after posting a negative review 3 weeks ago about my new dish washer which broke down before Xmas 2021, there was a reply to the review from EuroTech the same day that they would like me to contact them and help out. I left a message with someone at their customer department when I tried to get hold of the person. Later that day all I got was a text on my phone from the company who EuroTech uses to service their products(ESI), stating that the spare part was still 3-4 weeks away. This seems to be the way EuroTech operates when looking at all the negative reviews. They sell way below average products and leave you hanging when they break down.

   Our 6 months old EuroTech dishwasher broke down before Christmas 2021. A service company came to have a look under the warranty and placed an order with EuroTech for a new part. Today it is April 5th. 2022 and the part still has not been delivered and EuroTech do not answer their phones. The dishwasher also has another design flaw which means that gunk assembles at the bottom on the inside of the door and has to be cleaned frequently. I am shocked by the poor quality of the dishwasher and the total lack of customer service. Roar Henningsen, Auckland
