While other staff at Kmart Sylvia were unwilling to help or put in any effort, Samantha took the time to listen and genuinely cared about my situation. Even though I didn’t have my receipt, she patiently searched for it and made sure I was looked after. Her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go out of her way made such a big difference. “I went to the store this afternoon to grab a drawer liner, but to my surprise, I found a big mirror I’d been searching for everywhere, it was finally in stock! I knew I had to get it before it was gone again. The floor staff, Lei and her two colleagues, were amazing. Reasonably priced with most of products that you will need. Good customer service at the check outs and reasonably easy to find assistance if you need help. This supermarket is an ok place to get what you need. Nothing brilliant stands out about this Countdown apart from it's a quite new building, so it is has a very good layout inside and outside.”

I prefer cashier checkout as I have a baby in my hands and always have a great experience with beautiful staff helping me at checkouts. But this last shop Sagar made my day. He was very friendly, he actually cared about my groceries so he packed them very well so nothing gets squished etc. He showed me how to use boosters in the app so I could receive more points and save more in the future. I really appreciate his service and will come back as these kind of days stay in the memory and brighten the week.”
