    Went into the Wellington store to buy a dress for my 21st, and felt like treating myself, but really disappointed with the staff. Didn’t feel welcome or “good” enough for the store, supposedly because of how I was presented/my age. No greets/checkups on how we were going etc. Really disheartening for a city filled with students to be so judgemental. Would hate to have fit this judgement as I ended up walking out without even trying..

    I usually love this shop but was disappointed in the merchandising. Coats not steamed, they looked like the warehouse, racks untidy, totally unappealing. A mess. Staff pleasant but obviously need training in shop merchandising.
