   Having minimal staffing levels on the weekend does not make for a pleasant customer service ever. You have to be one of the worst supermarkets on the Coast. Get your bloody act together.

   This Woolworths is sad to talk about, the prices are much higher than other stores this makes it not affordable for other people. The store is also very small, making it not a nice and open store to walk around in. Must I say it is still a Woolworths so I can't say its that bad.

   This has got to be one of the worst Woolworths in the country. The place feels dead. Turned up five minutes before closing just to grab some milk for the kids — wouldn’t let me in. Five minutes! Your advertised closing time is 9:00 pm. If you’re not going to let customers in before 9, then just change the closing time. Don’t pretend you’re open till 9 and then lock the doors early. Honestly, it’s useless.

   Happy shopping, the number of staff stocking shelves blocking aisles, and on line shopping staff doing the same, is getting out of hand, a lot of shoppers complaining about the same thing. My guess a management problem.

   Always seems low on stock, but staff are nice. Doors didn’t open all the way which was not convenient for incoming/outgoing customers, as it was hard to know who was going which way and when.

   Just went for one item. Not being familiar with this shop, I had to ask a staff member where to find what I wanted. She was very helpful and took me directly to what I needed.

   Double check the prices you pay at checkout. I was charged $36.50 for Finish Ultimate Lemon 50pk that should been $25. When I raised the price mismatch with them, they didn't seem to care much. How many people do they overcharge I wonder.
