Customer Feedback – Negative Experience I recently visited your store and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. When I approached a staff member to inquire about a specific pair of shoes, I was abruptly redirected to another team member without any effort to assist or continue the conversation. The second staff member was equally unhelpful and did not show any interest in providing support. Overall, I found the level of customer service to be lacking. Staff appeared disengaged and unapproachable, which left me feeling unwelcome. I hope this feedback encourages a review of customer service standards, as it significantly impacts the overall shopping experience.
