These guys are awesome we purchased a Torpedo 7 Seven bike rack on Feb 7th. Two nice young lads went above and beyond and assembled this rack for us. Thanks to the Manager for allowing this to be done it was much appreciated.

I have been to this Torpedo7 three times now to purchase items I have found online, which say they are in stock only to drive there to find out they are either out of stock or don't stock the items. Give them a call before you go in would be my advice. Customer service is there if you need it and some decent deals to be found at times.
Just spoke to someone on the phone about some Ski boots I ordered online that were being sent from Northlink to Auckland. He was extremely helpful and provided me with tracking details and all the info I was after. I would recommend Torpedo7 pays for him to fly up to Auckland and train the Albany branch staff as they don't even pick up their phone.
Received excellent service today from Caleb. He was friendly, personable, kind, and above all, helpful and patient. Nothing was too difficult or burdensome, and I really appreciated his giving me honest feedback about a Swanndri jacket's fit, colour, and suitability. He even sorted out the problem of the difference in price between an online item and the same item in-store. I don't often receive this kind/level of attention or service at this store, so, dealing with Caleb today was a surprise, a relief, and a blessing. I was thrilled with my purchase of a bright new Swanndri jacket and my husband plans to get one, too. 5 stars for outstanding service, Caleb!
Very poor service today at Northlink. Not interested in selling us a bike at all by the 4 ladies behind the counter who were more interested in chatting, then said call back and maybe the size we are after would be assembled. Evo cycles had service was and they got the sale
Bought a poorly assembled road bike from the Tower Junction store who were completely unwilling to help, so I called this branch out of desperation. They were absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond to remedy the situation. They naturally seemed rather embarrassed about the service from their sister-store and while it was not their problem to solve, the guys in the bike shop treated me like a VIP and did not let me leave until I was totally happy. My new bike is now a finely tuned machine and I will be trusting them with its upkeep and buying all of my gear from them loyally.
Fantastic store very good spot lots of parking, friendly staff, good selection of products, we have now brought 3 paddle boards and one double kayak all inflatable, have had no issues We are still looking at getting two more paddle boards yet and torpedo 7 ones will be our first option.
