   Went to Lulu Lemon Ponsonby on Boxing Day and my partner had found a singlet he liked which didn’t have his size. The staff were so helpful and looked up if they had his size in stock, only to see the last singlet in his size was on the manikin up above which required a ladder and 2 assistants to grab. Given the busyness of Boxing Day sales, we were originally told it was too unsafe to grab it off at that time, however, the store manager and staff member insisted they could get it done quickly. Evie and Tia (I believe those are the names, I’m so sorry if I screwed them up), you guys were amazing. And that was my partners first Lulu Lemon purchase (after lots of convincing). Safe to say he’s converted. Thank you!!!

   Been in a couple of times , never been acknowledged or had any assistance offered , today I picked a couple of pairs of pants to try on , no help at the fitting room , nothing after coming from fitting room . I hope the owner is not paying too much for his “Sales People “ because they sure are not earning it !

   Good shopping experience. The young lady who helped me with Lululelmon trousers for my wife, was awesome. Thank You heaps! The downside was the African looking lady who completely ignored me when I asked for help and only hovered around me giving me the mean-azzz steer!

   Sophia provided outstanding service. She assisted me with ordering my blue tote bag online and was very thoughtful in providing a shopping bag, knowing that online purchases typically do not come with one. I truly appreciate her professionalism and excellent customer care. I would highly recommend her and gladly give a 5-star rating.

   When I entered the store, I asked if there were any discounts. After answering, that long-haired white employee started whispering to her coworker about "some discount" while smirking at me, then kept staring at me. What's so funny? Is asking for a discount that strange? Something worth mocking? I doubt they'd have acted the same way if a white customer had asked？

   I don’t think Lululemon’s gear and apparel needs any introduction, but I can’t speak highly enough about this store and the superstar team they have in place. I was really impressed how the staff member helping me was able to keep her cool after having to fetch me countless iterations of shorts and singlets. Thanks and sorry!    Me and my wife Olivia would like to send special thank you to Mr Martin for the unforgettable shopping experience in this beautiful store. We came to buy shorts for me but left with a full bags of clothing and accessories for us. Lululemon product is double price in Europe so we used this opportunity before flying back home. We traveled the entire world in our lifes but got very surprised to be helped by Martin not only in perfect spanish but also in our local catalan dialect(this blew our mind). Hearing our mother tongue on the other side of world from a canadian. Thanks Lululemon team Ponsonby for making the end of our Zealand trip so special. and please pass this message to him too if possible. - Estimat Martí, has fet que el nostre dia fos absolutament inoblidable.    It was my second time in today and it was fairly busy but there was plenty of staff on. All the staff were super helpful and delivered their famous, excellent customer service, which is so refreshing. I got to replace my old leggings with a fault for a new pair, thanks to a lovely gentleman who helped me but I can’t recall his name, and it honestly made my day! I’m not one to splash the cash normally but these leggings are so worth every single penny even if you regularly use and wash them, thanks!
