   Watch that the ‘special’ prices are applied at the checkout. First time I put it down to a mistake but it’s happened again that the special price is not applied and the lovely staff have to do it manually . I wonder how many people notice the extra charges at the till?!

   Today I was in your store, and saw a guy walk out of the store with a basket filled with chocolates frozen items, meat etc, he didn't stop to pay, just walked straight through and out the door. I went straight to the checkout operator, and told her, she just steered and carried on serving, I'm just wondering why I went and paid for my groceries honestly, why should we bother, Woolworths don't mind if you walk off not paying, as it was proven today .No wonder people are ripping you off with staff like you have

   Sweet countdown that doesn't suffer from the costco traffic that the other one across the main road does. Has been fully updated to that fancy new world style version that countdown people will understand what I mean.

   Always very tidy and well stocked. I do get a little lost when trying to locate some items as I can't figure out the logic behind shelf placement. The majority of the shop is self explanatory though. I did prefer precious layout.

   I normally wouldn’t make a complaint nor leave a negative review. However, I regularly shop here and see a lot of friendly and polite staff but this time I’ve been served by very very rude and unfriendly staff so made a complaint to countdown customer service. And they said it would take three days to respond, it’s been five days with no respond.

   Don’t enjoy shopping there. It’s seedy and not much stock especially in the ready to eat meals section. Delicatessen poorly staffed. You’re better off going to Northwest though there’s often poor stock availability there as well
