   Went in at 8.45 it was raining the parking lot was dark as hell there is no sign that shows an entrance it is only written on the road(you only see it when you are close to it when it’s raining), by accident we went in the wrong way and just saw the exit sign written on the road. After we parked an Indian security standing at the door kinda yelled at us saying that we were blind I told him that the sign is not obvious and it’s dark outside I am not from that area which I’m not familiar with he said that we can see it is very obvious and apologise accusing us we are blind well my side of view that this staff is the rudest person I’ve ever met worse shopping experience ever!!!! Put up a sign or something to not confuse people not just write in on the road!! There is reflection when it’s raining!!

   Smaller than most countdowns, however still have a large range of consumables and when an item is out of stock, it's regularly topped back up. Customer Servive is excellent in particular Praveen who almost knows the entire community by name and always makes your day with her positive attitude. Deserves a payrise me thinks.

   I went there today and have to say I went to checkout as self serve was busy . A beutiful lady named Pagen served me . Her manner and customer severe was excellent. It is very rare these days to find. She was friendly, helpfull,polite and so happy . You should make her management, head of customer service . Five stars to her. p

   A pretty small supermarket compared to newer options but giving the parking/traffic factors it couldn't really be any bigger. Has all the essentials but may miss some of the option from the bigger stores
